Returns and complaints

1. Submitting a Complaint

To file a complaint about a product purchased from us, please fill out a statement containing: your name, email address or mailing address, phone number, product name, order number, reason for the complaint, date of purchase, and the occurrence of the defect. Send it to our email address biuro@otolandia.pl or mailing address.
Additionally, we request photographic documentation that may facilitate/expedite the complaint process.

 
2. Returning the Product
In some situations, initiating the complaint process may require the return of the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Shipping
If shipping is required, send the complained product to the address::

Do not send parcels "cash on delivery" - we do not have the technical capability to accept such packages.

For the safety of the shipment and its timely delivery, we recommend returning goods via a courier company or using the postal option "Confirmation of Sending"/"Priority Package."


4.  Complaint Processing

Complaints are processed no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment with the complained products. The user can demand free repair or replacement of the goods, and if repair or replacement is impossible or requires excessive costs, the user can demand a price reduction. If the requested repair or replacement proves impossible or would expose the user to significant inconvenience, the store, at the user's request, will reduce the price or refund the full amount for the complained product within 14 days.

 

5.  Product Return

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the product. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, fill out a statement including your name, email address or mailing address, phone number, product names, and order numbers. Send it to our address along with the returned product/products:

Include all received accessories and the receipt or invoice with the statement and returned product/products.

Upon receiving the package, you will receive a refund within 7 days to your account (excluding shipping costs).

  • Please note that the returned product must be new, complete, without signs of use, in the original unopened packaging, with an intact label, suitable for further resale.
  • Do not send parcels "cash on delivery" - we do not have the technical capability to accept such packages.
