Loyalty Program



  1. LOYALTY PROGRAM (PROGRAM): a program organized by OtoLandia Company, address: 02-676 Warsaw, ul. Postępu 2, NIP 8212341454, in which customers of the online store with registered Customer Accounts participate. Within the Program, participants accumulate points, which entitle them to a permanent discount on subsequent purchases.

  2. ACCOUNT (KONTO): an Electronic Service, marked with an individual name (login) and password provided by the Service Recipient, a set of resources in the IT system of the Service Provider, in which data provided by the Service Recipient and information about orders placed by them in the Online Store are stored.

  3. CUSTOMER (KLIENT): (1) a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable laws, also a natural person with limited legal capacity; (2) a legal person; or (3) an organizational unit without legal personality, which the law grants legal capacity; - who has entered into or intends to enter into a Sales Agreement with the Seller.

  4. PROGRAM PARTICIPANT (UCZESTNIK PROGRAMU): A Customer who has registered their personal data in the Online Store available at www.otolandia.pl.

  5. GOOD (TOWAR): an item covered by a Sales Agreement.

  6. PRODUCT (PRODUKT): a movable item available in the Online Store that is the subject of a Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.

  7. SALES AGREEMENT (UMOWA SPRZEDAŻY): a sales agreement for a Product concluded or to be concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the Online Store.

  8. ONLINE STORE (SKLEP INTERNETOWY): the online store of the Service Provider available at the internet address: www.otolandia.pl.

  9. ORDER (ZAMÓWIENIE): a declaration of will by the Customer made using the Order Form and directly aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement for the Product with the Seller.

INTRODUCTION This regulation describes the rules of the Loyalty Program organized by the OtoLandia Company, address: 02-676 Warsaw, ul. Postępu 2, NIP 8212341454 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). The regulations describe the conditions of participation in the program and the rules for awarding points for purchases made. The Loyalty Program operates within the operation of the Online Store available at www.otolandia.pl.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION Every participant in the Loyalty Program is any Customer of the Online Store who has registered an Account with the Store. Account registration can be done directly on the website www.otolandia.pl. The number of accumulated points in the Loyalty Program can only be checked by logging into your Customer Account and going to the Loyalty Program tab. This information is not sent by phone or email.


  1. A Customer participating in the Program receives points by purchasing goods in the Online Store www.otolandia.pl.
  2. Points are awarded according to the following rule: a Customer of the Store who is also a Program Participant receives 10 points for every 1 PLN gross from the value of an order placed in the Store www.otolandia.pl.
  3. Points are awarded after the Customer has paid all amounts due under the Sales Agreement concluded with the Store and fulfilled the order. Points are awarded for each purchase only once.
  4. If a Program Participant decides not to acquire goods for which they received points, these points are deducted from the Customer's Account by the Program Organizer. The sum of deducted points is calculated based on the value of goods that the Customer decided not to acquire, i.e., for every full 1 PLN gross, 10 points are deducted. A Customer can cancel the purchase of goods through withdrawal from the contract, return of purchased goods, etc.
  5. There is no possibility of combining points accumulated on different Customer Accounts and transferring them. Accumulated points are non-transferable.

  1. Points are not exchanged for money.
  2. Points are awarded indefinitely and do not expire.

TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM The Program Organizer has the right to terminate participation in the Program at any time for any Participant who violates the rules of the Store Regulations (available on the website https://otolandia.pl/pl/i/Regulamin/3 and the Loyalty Program Regulations. The termination period is set at 14 days, counted from the date the Program Organizer sends a declaration of will to terminate to the Participant. The Participant has the right to resign from participating in the Program. The Organizer stops processing the Participant's personal data for the purposes of implementing the Program upon receiving the Participant's statement of resignation from participating in the Loyalty Program. A Participant whose participation in the program ends loses all accumulated points and discounts.

CHANGES TO THE LOYALTY PROGRAM REGULATIONS Otolandia reserves the right to make changes to the Loyalty Program Regulations at any time during its business. Changes to the Regulations apply only to Sales Agreements concluded after a given change in these Regulations. For previous Orders, the version of the Regulations in force at the time of placing the Order by the Customer applies. The Program Participant will be informed about the changes introduced in the Regulations at the e-mail address provided during registration or by a relevant message placed on the www.otolandia.pl website. Changes are binding on the Customer if they have been properly informed about the changes, and if the Customer has not resigned from participating in the Program within 14 days from the date of notification.

FINAL PROVISIONS The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the operation of the Loyalty Program. Relevant information will be placed on the Store's website and will be sent to Program Participants at the provided email address at least 30 days before the end of the Program. The program participant will be able to use accumulated points within 30 days of receiving notification of the end of the Program. Matters not regulated by these Regulations are subject to the provisions of Polish law. The rules of confidentiality and protection of personal data of Loyalty Program Participants are described in the Store Regulations available on the website https://otolandia.pl/pl/i/Regulamin/3 and in the Privacy Policy available on the website https://otolandia.pl/pl/i/Polityka-prywatnosci/11.
